The service

Review Radar ("we", "us") reads publicly published reviews of a brand you name, and returns an aggregated report: rating totals and distribution, a sentiment split derived from star ratings, and recurring themes with verbatim quotes from the reviews behind them. You ("you", "the customer") pay per block of reviews at the rates published on our pricing page. We are an independent Ounie product.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Reports are billed in Ounie credits (1 credit = 1¢) from your shared Ounie wallet, at 25 credits per block of up to 200 reviews. Credits are reserved when you submit and settled on the blocks the pull actually filled; unfilled blocks are refunded automatically, and a report that finds no reviews bills nothing. A failed or aborted pull refunds the reservation in full. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; finished reports remain readable regardless of your balance. Keyless x402 calls buy one block (up to 200 reviews) at a flat price in USDC and are final once settled — which is why we verify that reviews exist before settling, and refuse without charge when they do not.

What a report is, and is not

A report is an account of what public reviewers wrote about a brand on the source we read. It is not a rating, certification, endorsement, or verdict about that business, and we do not assess whether any review is truthful or fair. Reviews are self-selected and may be unrepresentative. Themes are produced by grouping real reviews; the quotes are the reviewers' words, not ours. Do not treat a report as a factual finding about a company's conduct.

We access only publicly available review pages and do not circumvent authentication or paywalls. Source coverage can change if an upstream changes its terms or availability, and we may withdraw a source without notice.

Acceptable use

You will not use Review Radar to harass, defame, or target an individual reviewer; to build a profile of a natural person; to publish review content in breach of the source site's terms or applicable data-protection law; or to make automated decisions about a person. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented, bypass rate limits, or resell raw access to the service.

Your reports

As between you and us, the report we generate for you is yours to use internally and to cite. The underlying review text remains the work of the people who wrote it and the subject of the source site's own terms — republishing it is your call and your responsibility. We claim no rights over your report and do not use it to train models.

Availability

Review Radar depends on a third-party review source and a third-party language model, both of which change over time and may refuse or throttle individual jobs. A failed job refunds automatically, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular brand is present on the source.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Reports are illustrative of published review content and are not a verified account of any business's conduct.

Refunds

Unfilled blocks and failed pulls refund automatically. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from your use or publication of report content.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to reports you've already paid for, and you can export them before closing your account. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
