What we collect

When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you run a report we store the report record you created — the brand you asked about, the limits you set, the credit reservation and settlement, and the finished report.

What we don't collect

We don't track you across the web. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session replay. We don't sell or resell your reports, and nothing you run is used to train any model.

Review data

Review Radar reads reviews that are already published publicly on Trustpilot. It does not access private, gated, or authenticated review content, and it does not create, alter, or post reviews anywhere.

Reviews are written by identifiable people. A report therefore contains other people's words and, where the review site publishes it, a display name and country. We store that material privately, scoped to the account that paid to pull it, alongside the raw provider response so a quote can always be traced to its source. It is never shown to another account, and there are no public share pages in this product.

You are responsible for how you use review text you export — in particular for respecting the review site's terms and any applicable data-protection law when you republish someone's words or store them elsewhere.

What is sent to model providers

To group reviews into themes, the review text and star ratings from your report are sent to the language-model provider behind our theme engine. They receive the review content only — never your name, email, or Ounie identity. The model returns theme labels and review ids; it never returns quote text, which is read back out of the reviews we already hold.

Where data lives

Application data (report records, credit ledger entries) is stored in a Neon Postgres database hosted in the US. Raw provider responses are archived privately in the Ounie S3 bucket, also in the US.

Payments

Credit purchases happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes payment. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. x402 calls are settled in USDC on-chain and are pseudonymous — we record the paying wallet address and transaction hash, nothing more. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.

Deletion

To delete your account or download your data, open a privacy ticket. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
